FCAT Assessment

FCAT is approaching, there are 3 consecutive days of testing this year- March 9, 10, 11. March 9th is Reading FCAT, March 10th is Mathematics FCAT, and March 11th is Science FCAT (8th grade ONLY). For Science FCAT day March 11th our 6th & 7th graders will participate in a “SCIENCE FCAT ACTIVITY”.

Please eat a good breakfast and DO NOT BE LATE to school on March 9, 10, 11. No early dismissal’s will be granted 1st & 2nd periods, as well as 5th and 6th periods. As we cannot disturb the integrity of the FCAT EXAM. Please adjust you doctor appointments, family trips, and all other appointments accordingly, please send your students to school on these very important FCAT DATES .

Cypress Bay High School is having their Parent Information Night on Feb. 23, 2010 @ 6:30pm in the Cafeteria.

Feb. 24, 25 – Cypress Bay High School Guidance Counselors will be at Falcon Cove to meet with each student and collect course selection cards & answer questions.

If attending West Broward High School, WBHS Guidance will be here in April to discuss next year, & course cards process.
